A very friendly and helpful staff, and in an excellent location
A group of students arrived and initially created an intolerable level of noise.

I had a great time during my 8-night stay! The breakfast was fantastic and varied, and I enjoyed the super comfortable beds. The room was a bit small but perfect for sleeping, serving us well after our long days out. I'd definitely stay here again!

Location
I chose the hotel based on the reviews but so disappointed. I didn't like it at all. Maybe I was just unlucky. I was promised a 40 SQmeters room but got a rather 16 SQmeters. Tv, refrigerator and light were broken. They never made the room for us. Staff have too much attitude and was so nice when trying to sell private car to the airport. Absolutely overpriced.

Location
Efficiency of staff, room given was very poor, only after some argument that another was offered in the attic, having to pay in advance on the spot in euro only, no recipe given,no water pressure in bathroom, failing to make wakeup call, failing to pass on message from pickup bus, so when wakeup was given half an hour late, and failing to pass on message that bus will come early. We had a terrible rush to get ready, all that was 5:30 am
